Orders & Shopping

How can I place an order?
Select the jewelry piece you would like to purchase, choose any available options, and add it to your shopping bag. Proceed through checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders as soon as possible, so changes may not always be possible after checkout. If you need to change an address, item, or quantity, contact us as soon as possible at service@vellurejewelry.shop with your order information. We will review the request based on the current processing status of your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you cannot find it.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact our customer care team immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to assist before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided through your shipping confirmation where applicable. Tracking updates can sometimes take a short period to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Why has my tracking information not updated?
Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch. Carriers can require additional time to scan and process a parcel, particularly during weekends, holidays, peak shopping periods, or international transportation.
